1. Who runs this site
Nixtra (nixtra.tech) is run by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@nixtra.tech ([PLACEHOLDER: a real, monitored contact mailbox]).
2. What the site is
Nixtra is a static website. You can build a genome in your browser, read about the technology, and browse and download genome packs. There are no accounts and no payments today. The site is early and may change or stop at any time.
3. Packs are examples, not advice
A genome pack is a file of plain-language behaviour rules for an AI agent. Starter packs are examples written by us for you to edit. Packs from other people are reviewed against the content policy, and that review is limited. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, medical, financial or other professional advice. You decide whether a pack suits your use. Packs for regulated work must be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on them.
4. Your content
The genome builder runs in your browser and makes no network calls. What you type stays on your device unless you export the file and share it yourself. If you submit a pack for listing, the submission rules and the licences page apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit or share content the content policy does not allow;
- probe, scan or attack the site beyond what the security page allows;
- use the site or a pack to break the law or to harm, deceive or harass people;
- present a pack as approved, certified or endorsed by us when it is not.
6. Licences
Each pack shows its licence. The licence of a pack, of the AGF format and of the site code are set out on the licences page.
7. No warranty, and limits on liability
The site and the packs are provided as they are. [DRAFT: limits on warranties and liability, for a lawyer to write]. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
8. Reports and removal
You can report a pack on the report page. We may remove any pack or refuse any submission, as described on the takedown page.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS].
11. Software licence of the site
The licence of the site’s own source code is [DECISION: licence of the site code (see Licences)].
